1. This agreement
This order form and these terms are an agreement between you and Wild Success LLC ("WILD", "we", "us"). It starts when you sign this order form or make payment, whichever happens first.
2. What you are buying
The package you chose on this order form, at the event special price shown, in US dollars, paid in full through our secure checkout (Commas) or by card, or by card at US$50 per week until US$9,000 (Full Package) or US$5,000 (Uni Upgrade) has been paid, after which the weekly payments stop. You can pay off the balance early at any time.
- Full Package (US$5,999): WILD University (24-month membership), WILD MBA Business Coaching (24-month membership), Breakthrough with Calvin Coyles (12 months) and the bonuses listed on this order form.
- Uni Upgrade (US$2,999): for current WILD University students only. It adds WILD MBA Business Coaching (24-month membership), Breakthrough with Calvin Coyles (12 months) and the listed bonuses. Your existing WILD University enrolment, and any payment plan attached to it, continue unchanged.
3. Program terms
When you activate your access you will also accept the WILD University Terms and Conditions (wildsuccess.com/terms-and-conditions) and the Wild MBA Terms and Conditions (wildsuccess.com/wild-mba-terms-and-conditions). They apply alongside these terms. If they conflict on price, payment or what is included, this order form and these terms apply.
4. How you get access, and what happens after 2 years
- Pay: scan the QR code for your package, or give us your card details on this order form for us to process.
- Join: after payment we email you a link to a Circle paywall for each membership in your package (WILD University and/or WILD MBA Business Coaching). Complete each one with that same email.
- $0 for 2 years: each paywall is set to US$0 for your first 2 years, because your package payment covers it (or, on the weekly option, while your weekly payments are up to date). Your membership runs from the day your access is granted.
- After 2 years: each membership continues and bills automatically at US$50 per week or US$200 per month, whichever option you chose at the paywall. To stop this, cancel before your 2-year renewal date in your Circle billing settings or by emailing support@wildsuccess.global.
5. Bonuses
Bonuses are released over time as they become available, and we will tell you when each one opens. The Breakthrough to Success 2027 ticket covers event entry for one person. Travel and accommodation are not included. Bonuses have no cash value.
Done For You Mentoring Campaign: we build and launch this campaign for you once you have (a) completed the WILD Foundations program and (b) committed a minimum advertising budget of US$600 per month, paid by you directly to the ad platform. This ad budget is separate from your package price. You must also meet any onboarding requirements we give you before the campaign starts. Until these conditions are met, the campaign does not start.
6. 72-hour cooling-off period
You can cancel within 72 hours of signing this form or paying, whichever comes first, and receive a full refund. To cancel, email support@wildsuccess.global with your full name and the email you paid with. It is your responsibility to send the email inside the 72 hours.
7. Refunds after 72 hours
After the cooling-off period, no cancellations or refunds are available and the full package price remains payable, whatever your level of participation. The only exception is where consumer protection law requires a refund for a major failure in service delivery. If a service failure is established, we may repair or remedy it in place of a refund.
8. Existing payment plans
Any existing WILD payment plan must stay active and up to date. Defaulting on it is a breach of these terms, and everything owed under that plan remains payable. We may cancel your enrolment for non-payment or any other breach of these terms.
9. How the programs are delivered
Programs are delivered through a mix of live sessions (mostly on Zoom) and on-demand content in our Circle community. Facilitators, schedules, formats, modalities and inclusions may change from time to time, and we will tell enrolled students about material changes. Live sessions pause during scheduled breaks such as Christmas and public holidays. On-demand content stays available.
10. Results and the nature of our advice
Your results depend on your own effort, abilities and circumstances. We do not guarantee income, revenue, business results or personal outcomes. All coaching and training is general and educational. It is not legal, financial, accounting, tax, medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and facilitators are not acting as licensed professionals unless separately qualified and retained in that role. Speak to a qualified professional when you need one.
11. Participation, release and indemnity
You take part in all program activities voluntarily and at your own risk. You release Wild Success LLC, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, facilitators and agents from claims arising from your participation. You agree to indemnify them against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your participation, your breach of these terms, your use of what you learn, or services you provide to others using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Recordings and media
Live sessions, workshops and events may be recorded, and your face, voice and contributions may appear in them. You grant Wild Success LLC a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use those recordings, and any content you post or submit, for program delivery, training, promotion, marketing, advertising and social media, and you waive any right to payment for that use. You can withdraw consent for your name and likeness to be used in testimonials at any time by writing to us. This applies to future testimonials only. In-room filming at this event is covered by a separate media release.
13. Intellectual property
All program materials, frameworks, recordings and resources belong to Wild Success LLC. They are for your personal use only. Do not copy, share, resell or distribute them without our written consent.
14. General
We apply internal policies on account management and payment support consistently and fairly. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. This order form, these terms and the program terms in section 3 are the entire agreement between you and Wild Success LLC about this purchase.
